Our company
Aenova designs and develops her software independently. We value quality above all, both user-friendliness and technique-wise. Our applications TimEnterprise and Maggy2 have a solid position in the market. TimEnterprise is a system for time registration and timesheet entry that is also highly suitable for project management and planning because of the application's additional functionalities. Maggy2 is a system that enables charged printing and other options related to printing.
Our organization is characterized by a dynamic and innovative working environment and has a one-dimensional structure. The atmosphere is informal and amicable. We present our employees with the opportunity to make the most of themselves. Enthusiasm, independence and creativity are important characteristics to further oneself. Software developer / programmer
This function includes, amongst others, brainstorming about the functional design, creating a technical design, and implementing and managing the new modules and functionalities. You will work on our applications TimEnterprise and Maggy2 in varying teams. We rarely work on order-base, preferring to follow our own, sometimes somewhat headstrong ideas. We build and maintain an innovative and generic framework for the use of our applications, which is programmed in Java and based on modern techniques.
For this function we require someone with knowledge of or experience with C# or C++. You have technical insight and are able to translate competences into functionality. Consultant
As a consultant your most important task is to help the customer define their wishes concerning time management. Additionally, you are responsible for the implementation of our software with the customer. The beginning of which consists of mapping the customer's wishes and demands. To do so, it is important to form a clear picture of the activities taking place within the organization and its structure. One of the main aspects is the arranging of trainings both for system administrators and end users.
For this function we require someone with affinity with ICT and technical development, and an inquisitive state of mind. A consultant must be able to communicate information in a clear and sympathetic way, as well as have a clear understanding of organizational structures. Employee Sales (internal)
In this function you contribute to the selling of our products. Your task is to inform customers about our products, make and send offers, keep in touch with the customers as their contact person, process orders and represent the organization on fairs and user days.
For this function we require someone with an MBO diploma or similar, who has affinity with ICT and technical development, communicational skills, a good command of the Dutch language, experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and is amicable and representative. Employee Sales (external) / Account manager
In this function you are the face of our organization. You are actively involved with sales and everything related to sales. You do demonstrations, approach new customers, keep in contact with existing customers and represent our organization on fairs.
For the function of employee Sales (external) we are looking for a person with a commercial attitude and the ability to both see a chance and to act on it. You have an engaging personality, are representative and have good communicational skills. You have know-how of technical development and understand how our product can make a difference within an organization.
